Excellent, excellent assessment of Kimberly Murray's report!

Now that this document has been submitted to the government surely people like yourself, Widdowson, Geisbrect, Flanagan, McMurty,Pew, Melanson, and more should be able to gain "standing" in respect of its review on behalf of the people of Canada who stand accused of this "Blood Liable ", Genocide!

Unfortunately our MPs who should fill this role are completely bereft of the personal integrity required represent Canadiens.

Hello Michelle. You had a McPike criticize your article posted at Hymie Rubenstein's website. I criticized the McPike "criticism" of your very good analysis of Kimberly Murray's theses. You should understand that Kimberly Murray is doing everything in her power to prevent herself from being gaoled for defrauding the Canadian public in the 2 billion dollar "Day Scholars" law suit, initiated by the Secwepemc of Kamloops, in 2012, at The Federal Court of Canada in Vancouver. In 2015, the Gottfriedson [the name of the Kamloops Chief at the time] vs. Canada suit was given class action status. So other First Nations joined the class action --- notably the Cowessess gang in Saskatchewan.

I say "notably Cowessess" because the Kamloops residential school was the first bogus "discovery" of alleged "remains" on May 27, 2021. Then Cowessess announced bogus "discoveries" of unmarked graves BY THEIR RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL on June 24, 2021. The 3rd bogus "discovery" of unmarked graves was at St. Eugene's SCHOOL, at Cranbrook B.C., on June 30, 2021. But on Dr. Scott Hamilton's Report to the TRC of 2015, he doesn't make reference to mere SCHOOLS on his Report. His report refers to CEMETERIES near schools! And the first 3 so-called "discoveries" are all mentioned as being at CEMETERIES on one and the same first paragraph of page 15 of Hamilton's Report entitled "Where are the Children Buried?", which was delivered to the TRC sometime in 2015.

The short answer to Hamilton's titled question of 2015 was that the children are buried in CEMETERIES near schools. So the TRC, including Kimberly Murray as Executive Director of the TRC (from 2010 - 2015) and their AFN "friends" fooled Canadians into "thinking" that kids were buried in unmarked graves at residential schools, rather than buried in neglected CEMETERIES near residential schools. It is that simple of a stupid fraud on stupidly ignorant Canadian citizens! An unmarked grave or "remains" in a CEMETERY is a "ho-hum" neglected graveyard. But an "unmarked grave" which is just out back of a school is the equivalent of a "mafia hit" and unmarked-burial, to the general public.

The fascinating thing is that Hamilton's Report is sitting at the TRC website for anyone to review. Go look at page 15 and its first paragraph. The Cowesess (sic) CEMETERY is mentioned at the top of that paragraph. The Kamloops "School CEMETERY" is mentioned at the bottom of the paragraph, which was a mistake by Dr. Scott Hamilton. There never was a cemetery at that school. So there were no burials at the school, which is why the Secwepemc are refusing to do any exhumations. They now know there are no burials or "remains" at or near their residential school site.

The Kamloops cemetery is a mile or so away from the school. And only one or two children died at the school because The Royal Inland Hospital was built at Kamloops 5 years before the residential school was built in 1890. Thus most seriously ill Kamloops people were sent to the hospital where they recovered or died. But Hamilton, arguably, was unaware of the difference between the Secwepemc and other First Nations groups in Canada. The Secwepemc at Kamloops (all 200 of them) converted whole heartedly to Roman Catholicism in the 1870's. So the Roman Catholic lobby, in Ottawa, went whole hog in getting them all the niceties of "civilization" they could muster, including a Day School (1880), Hospital (1885) and then Residential School (1890), after they had built their own Church [St. Joseph's] and cemetery [The Secwepemc "Pen Pen"] across from the Church (1870's). Most other sites of schools were near churches and their cemeteries while lacking hospital facilities.

If any of these Court "awards" [Residential Schools "Settlement" Agreement; Day Scholars Class Action Settlement] to First Nations people had actually been litigated by seriously adversarial lawyers Murray and her TRC colleagues would, arguably, have already served their attempted fraud convictions and "slap on the legal wrist" sentences. But because no serious litigation has transpired, "activists" like Kimberly Murray continue to make their unreasonable "demands" on gullible Canadian officials.
