Unrelated evidence, posthumous defamation and uncorroborated criminal accusations featured at "human rights" tribunal
How an inquiry alleged to be into ‘Missing and disappeared Indigenous childrenand [nefarious] unmarked graves in Canada’ admitted unrelated ‘evidence’ from investigative journalist, Connie Walker, which posthumously defames Father Gauthier and St. Michael’s Indian Residential School with uncorroborated, un-fact-checked, criminal accusations, based on a Facebook post and hearsay.
This “evidence” also had nothing to do with missing and disappeared Indigenous children nor [nefarious] unmarked graves in Canada.

•The Permanent Peoples’ Tribunal is claiming to have found Canada guilty of genocide and human rights crimes, regarding accusations of Missing and Disappeared Children and [Nefarious] Unmarked Graves, related to Indian Residential Schools in Canada.
•This tribunal is an ‘OPINION’ tribunal with no proper legal due process. The Government of Canada was only sent notice in late April 2026; the Government of Canada did not respond, nor send a representative.
•The PPT allowed unsworn testimony presented during May 26-29, 2026, at the PPT hearings in Montreal that did not address missing and disappeared children and [nefarious] unmarked graves.
•That ‘testimony’ by people alleged to be investigative journalists of the highest integrity has been shown to be thoroughly flawed, as will be revealed in this presentation.
Why it matters for Canadians, for Canada, for due process:
•Via the PPT, activists are attempting to overturn the Indian Residential School Settlement Agreement (IRSSA) and are making false accusations based on class action filings which were never proven in court, and which the IRSSA and Billions of dollars in residential school compensation fees were meant to forever end.
•Consequences for Canada and many individuals are POTENTIALLY DIRE.
• Indigenous and human rights activists are using the PPT’s kangaroo court to convict Canada at the UN Human Rights bodies and potentially at the International Criminal Court.

The graves are a fraud. So is the liberal governments reaction.
I cringe every time I read or hear the words “ human rights tribunal”. They have proven themselves to be nothing but Star Chambers run by political appointees interested only in promoting their own Woke agendas. For proof of that you need look no farther than the prosecution of Barry Neufeld.
